That actually means your HD is dying. Bad sectors are popping out on your HD. Like adbacc suggested, running WD Liveguard might help.

I've also have that problem. Sometimes windows doesn't boot, sometimes it does. But now, things seems fine now. If your data are really important, I recommend you to replace the HD.

Might be the Windows installation. If possible, try reinstalling Windows. Even better, use Linux.
HDD is somewhat hard to predict. Sometimes they last for years, sometimes only a few month.
