I think is better to have backup. Buy an external HDD and we won't have problem if HDD dead.  brows.gif

Hi guys, talking about HD, wonder at bios setting one of the setting stated, Sata port 0-1 native Enable or Disable. Anyone know whether to set it to enable or disable. As stated the bios for enable is for native ide mode, disable is for legacy ide mode. I am using all sata HD n even sata drive, so any suggestion or whether to enable or disable, a bit confuse, but when i enable or disable i feel no different at all.

a cheaper alternative is to burn your data into dvds. may require many dvds but hey it's cheap. keep only the important ones. d rest... well, sharing is caring.

frequent formatting of the HD will result in faster wear and tear on the harddisk platters.

i also realise that constant downloading of torrents also decreases the lifespan of hdd's.

i normally change hdd's every year and a half due to extensive usage(when u start hearing a funny loud sound then its time.haha)

ssd time....
