I'm currently using Guitar Pro 4 to create MIDI drum tracks. Tried using FL but to me it sounds a bit digital and not very human. I prefer the drum sounds from GP4 but that too isn't very satisfactory. Would the FXpansion BFD have real drum sounds in em? And can i just import my MIDI files from GP4 into it? It would be quite a hassle to reprogram it.

QUOTE(huzai @ Aug 14 2005, 02:05 PM) if u dont want digital sound, u have to adjust the velocity of of the drum.. but FL default drum samples not suitable for 'real'. yes,,FXpansion BFD have real drum sounds..for snare, it have around 30 samples.. soft,softer,hard,harder,roll,flam,etc.. u must reprogram it because it come with it own Vsti and the drum map is different from u are using now.. Owhh ic. So there's no way I can just import my MIDI tracks into the BFD?

Hmm. I just installed BFD and it says that i require ASIO drivers for it to work. MY scard is just a built in Realtek AC97. Is there any way to work it out?

Ok, dloading it as we speak. Hmm, sumthing's awfully wrong. When i load the VST of BFD in FLstudio, it couldn't find the file/folder path of the BFD.

QUOTE(huzai @ Aug 14 2005, 02:57 PM) i dont use BFD but try to set the path.. in the vst .. Hmm, tried setting it manually but doesn't work too. When I open the BFD program, and select the kits, nothing comes out. Probably need to dload the kits?
