use bios to oc. den test it wit Prime95 atlest 1 hours see it stable or not... dun wry if not stable it will automatic shutdown.. den u dl CPUID HWMonitor <<copy paste google it, for temp.. juz nid to make sure ur temp working fine, but for sure u better get a nice cpu cooler for ur pc.. hyper 212plus is enough to boost till 4.01ghz. but nid to be dual fan which more stable..
den for GPU, u use GPU-Z to test it, tat soft got temp viewer too. wanna test stress? use furmark n test it. most of it i test wit few hours.. juz run the program n put at there for testing.. it will full load n see ur pc working fine wit tat oc or not.. hehe..

I thought OC test suppose to do for over 1 day? Forum moderator mengsuan told me b4.. Sometimes while OC-ing, there might be critical or small but troublesome errors that pops up only after long hours of check and stress test..
BTW, buying @cash with Maxis/Hotlink much easier XD Same price also

yes tat 1 is for cpu oc, mostly ppl test 1 day.. but actually 8 hours is enough.. den GPU 1 hours+ is enough.. after 1 hours if u see the graphic still runing smooth n fine dint spike den u ar gud to go..

1 day stress test is considered the final test for your overclocking process. Usually OC-ing is done bit by bit, say maybe in 5-10MHz increment if you want to be safe. So the stress test can be done in just 10-15 mins. If pass, move on to increase more until even it cannot survive a short stress test. Then slowly decrease until it can pass a short stress test. Then only do a long stress test like over a 24 hours period.
