If I wanna join AppRebates, I need to have some credit in my U.S account first right? can i start from nothing? because they say we need to buy the selected apps first, write a review, then the apps will be refunded back to our account? it works by refunding to your apple account, or ur appRebates account?

I got the now and then. It's quite fun. Don't worry about A.I. You will only get bored after playing wit A.I for awhile. Afterall it's a family board game!
Anyone have SIMcity deluxe? They r on SALE. Is the control hard? Looks complicated on the screenshot. |
