The U2410 uses a better H-IPS panel and it's factory calibrated
It's expensive because it doesn't use a cheap TN panel [it uses H-IPS] and the resolution is much higher.Anyway, you can always convert dvi to hdmi or hdmi to dvi easily with a cheap converter.

You get more workspace with 16:10 but when viewing movies of 16:9 ratio, you get the black bars lah. Even thicker black bars when viewing cinematic ratio(21:9) doh.gif
