And what impressed me was your positive will to continue studying, but yeah like what your doctor said; don't stress yourself first. I think you should go ahead with your treatment and therapies, and then slowly think of the alternatives. In fact I'm pretty sure if you write in to MOE and request to delay your SPM to be done at a later date/year, I think that could be done
