why motoslvr asking for your advice??
i think you should ask motoslvr to send an email to them asking about where there they already ship it or not??!!
if still no reply...you can ask motoslvr to ask for refund...!!!

If motoslvr pick priority mail international WITHOUT insurance, you won't get any tracking information. you'll get that if you pick the mail options with insurance.

(based on my experience)

he already send, seller update to motoslvr that shipping will be done in 3 working days...but the seller didnt update anything after 3 days...no respond to motoslvr ...i dunno whether he responded or not...since motoslvr dealing

the item will deliver straight to mailbox (for small item), and normally reach in minimum 4 weeks period

just checked its without insurance, so i guess will not receive the tracking number.

According to your item thread on Ebay, the shipping method is "Standard Shipping" so I guess that will take some time and there will be no tracking number.
Next time if you buy such an expensive item, it's better to pay slightly more for USPS Priority or Express - both have tracking, thus more transparency.

yes ..i got my item, guess it took about 10 days.

no sure whether its registered mail or not.

but i do received tracking from seller.

yes...10 % tax....my bad never adjust the price to be lower...
