Have anyone puchase item from Amazon.com before?

I can see the price is lower compare to Malaysia.

1.How does the warranty claim?
2.How do they count the shipping fees ?
3.Trustable ?

I have bought many items from Amazon.com and shipped them first to Borderlinx (www.borderlinx.com)
shipping address in USA. You have 30 days free warehouse to collect other items and then shipped home together.
I shipped to Singapore. As long as the total value of the items per shipment including shipping charges is less
than $ SGD 400, no tax payable (GST).
Singapore is easy as the tax is straightforward. You need to check the tax issue for shipping to Malaysia.

Amazon is excellent. Refunds for missing items easy to claim and reimbursed back into Credit Card.
However make sure you buy items that can survive the journey ...

No warranty for outside USA.

For electrical items, I buy from www.amazon.co.uk and ship to Borderlinx UK address.
USA Amazon much better choices and cheaper than UK Amazon. Hence I only buy in UK Amazon
for electrical items ...

Seem like very complicated. About the tax thingy i still not that clear.

lets say if i buy the subwoofer :http://www.amazon.com/Yamaha-YST-SW315-10-Inch-Digital-Subwoofer/dp/B00009W8XH/ref=sr_1_3?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1290141261&sr=1-3

Cost: $249.86 after convertion + tax.

About how much i need to pay ?

Try opening an Amazon.com account.. add the stuff you want into your cart and proceed a bit further and you should be able to see

How much your item would cost with shipping, tax, etc.
With that info, head to Borderlinx and use their calculator, from there you should be able to tell how much you're pay for shipping from US to M'sia.

haha it's a forum bro. we gain knowledge and we have fun at the same time. cant be "mr im tough n serious all the time" tongue.gif

how much? ur question too general to answer but amazon can only ship books/cd/dvd/bd to malaysia directly. the rest u must have US address like some of our friend here. so for things like electronic stuff or "subwoofer" wink.gif tongue.gif need US address.
