I sent an item using e-parcel and this is what it said

8 November 2010 5:27:52 PM PDC Bdr Baru Bangi CALL CARD SEND TO CUSTOMER

this means the receiver get the card instead of the item?

have sent e-parcel b4 but never seen this msg....hope some1 can share some experience. TQ.

hmmm.. i tot e parcel they wont send card one?..

maybe the receiver not at home at that time when they send it?

ok now it got worse.

now status : FAIL TO DELIVER
Reason : UNKNOWN
Action : RETURNED TO SENDER

already write in the correct name and address with phone number on the slip and also the box.
why lar? lol.

no reason and cannot deliver....now this is the 1st time I encounter this problem.

Did you ask your recipient whether receive card or not? I know that Bandar Baru Bangi post office sometimes require the recipient to collect at the post office due to reason no one at home at time of delivery. Some cases I know the postman are just dang lazy to bring the parcel and just leave card notice telling the recipient to go collect.

Anyway the recipient is given 14 days to collect from the date of first delivery attempt. If the parcel is not collected after 14 days the parcel will be sent back to sender.

Why the post office wanna return the parcel back to you? You should definitely call the Bandar Baru Bangi post office and ask them. I don't think it's lost because they won't be returning the parcel back it that was the case. Please give them a call

buyer said he collected the parcel.thank god.

bandar baru bangi small town ka? like mine small town they will ask to self collect.

haha... i guess after the unknown reason, They sent the card to receiver. Then receiver called them to re-attempt... Then they deliver to the receiver lo...
