well, this mindset is super rare/near to 0 in EVERY COUNTRY OTHER THAN KOREA (thus includes USA, UK, germany, malaysia, switzerland, every country.....). cuz only in korea you can earn millions by playing game, even not a top player, you can earn enuf for a living. hell, a normal BW progamer in A team earn more than most of lowyat forum lurkers.

education in malaysia is very broken but its not the problem, no parents in the world want their children sink in gaming, a career that wouldnt give them a living. (other than korea) they want their children to be able to earn at least enuf to feed themselves, can have a healthy family, have children...blah blah blah...if gaming provides this, why not? Esport needs serious buff in the world.
