desktop is not coming out after the screen. after restart everything backs to normal. anyone knows wat happen?

My gf's laptop hv this prob, which is black screen after "Starting Windows: screen
desktop is not coming out after the screen. after restart everything backs to normal. anyone knows wat happen? laptop is Asus A52JC ori thread i just try my luck over here. hope some body can help me. |
