Hi All, I have been following this tread since before CNY... Like many of you waiting for the SB N series... N43SL. Asus finally released Mar~Apr Product Guide yesterday... but without N43SL.... Only got N53SV-SX255V/SX256V. Selling at RM2799. I5-2410M No USB3.0 with remark *Available soon at end of March. So where is N43SL....?

Hi, Does anyone has the spec for N443sl? I mean I see a range of options in Asus.com. Other review websites give different spec.
I am looking for USB3.0, bluetooth (some say got some say not... it is confusing).

From the Mar~Apr catalog, there are mainly 4 difference between N53SN and N53SV N53SN -> N53SV CPU I7 2630QM -> I5 2410M GPU GT550M 1Gb -> GT540 2Gb USB USB3.0 -> no USB3.0 Webcam 2.0M -> VGA camera These stuff caused RM700 difference...

guess we will have to wait for Jungle Boy... 1~2 more days... nothing compare to waiting for N43SL...
btw... typo error GT550M is 2Gb and GT540M is 1Gb... according to the catalog...
i thought the different on GPU is just overclocking and the difference is not that big? why cause few hundred bucks...?

Ya... just saw both N53SV and N54SN in PC expo Penang... still waiting painfully for N43SL... Added on March 19, 2011, 11:50 pmQUOTE(chanys81 @ Mar 19 2011, 10:56 PM) I'm also buy this model at PC Expo in Penang today. After compare with MSI GX640 in same price at RM 3499, finally i choose N53SN because of new Sandy Bridge CPU and GPU (GT550) is not so far with ATI 5850. Hi, you bought the one with 18 gifts in a gift busket (they said worth RM200)? i don't think any of them give discount... they quote based on the official guide... QUOTE(willchua @ Mar 27 2011, 11:04 AM) It's ok. I only use window xp for work purpose, testing programming stuff. Just need at least Intel graphic, wifi, ethernet and sound. the rest not important. no need full driver. Can we dual boot N43SL as well? my old software only support until XP... Is there a forum for this? Please advise.

[quote=AlexLai,Mar 27 2011, 04:47 PM] Yes, just make the partition for XP when you reformat it. Is it possible to partition and add OS without reformating? it has been a long while since I do this...
