I just got an Asus notebook. Is there a way for me to extend the warranty to three years in JB? Or can we do it online?

I just realized that when I bought my notebook last week at the Johor PC Fair, they did not give me the Warranty Card. I got to know when I tried to register for the extended warranty and it need the warranty card information.

Is there anyway that I can get the Warranty Card again from the reseller again (I have got the receipt)?

It's for my Asus Notebook.

I got the N53JQ. It's a really nice notebook. The only problem is the battery life is very short. I think 6 Cells is not powerful enough for this Laptop.

So far the N53JQ Nvidia card is not too bad. I did not really play a lot of those graphic intensive games though.

I have a funny experience. Recently I got my laptop at the Johor fair. However after knowing that i can extend my warranty to three years, I headed back to the shop and asked them about it. They mentioned that the Asus Laptop they get is from UK so the warranty cannot be extended. Is it true that this happens?
