If u mean the ones used in iPhone, no it won't work unfortunately... I initially thought it would too, but it doesn't, I also try buying a 1 3.5mm to 2 3.5mm splitter, but doesn't work also...

The only way is to find those usb to audio connectors

Guys, for the laptop RAM, can i use my IBM's RAM and transfer it into my ASUS? FYI, both is different brands. So will it cause any damage to the laptop? The shopkeeper at the place where i bought my laptop said it's better to use the same brand, cause his friend's laptop got damaged due to different brand of RAM.

There's no such thing as your RAM get damaged from mixing different vendor, thats just stupid. As long as its the same type of memory (DDR2, DDR3 etc) you will be fine. Most shopkeeper is dumb, don't believe whatever they say
*
Sifu-sifu , How to check the type of memory?
