Thanks for the pic; very helpful.

I'm referring to those intake vents at the bottom of the notebook, not the vents where the hot air comes out.  I brought this up because when I go to places like Notebook Check and Notebook Review, the N series very definitely has no such intake vents except near the RAM area and the A series seems to have titchy ones.  I'm very concerned about heat, seeing as I leave my system on 24/7 in a room with no aircon and fan.

so will u open it and vacuum ?? or do any cleaning ?? hmm.gif

With my U80V now, I open the back panel every two weeks to clean the fan and vent.  It's easy on the U80V because it's just a few screws to open.

For those who annoyed with A42J keyboard flex you could put the thin foam underneath the keypad. ASUS put it on some location as you could see from my disassembly below, see the thin black foam.

I just cut some thin white foam when you got the laptop and put it in strategic places such as bottom and top left of the keyboard for those who gaming. I done that and the keyboard feels much firmer and better to type

Have you even seen the recent HP pricings? Their laptops all have really impressive specs for it's price.. The last gen dv6-4003tx, has gddr5 hd6570 and bluray for rm3299.. While the new gen dv6 has i7-2630qm cpu and a gddr5 class 1 hd6770 GPU and beats audio and monster beats solo headphone (worth rm900) for only rm3699.. So far no mainstream laptops can beat it yet.. Their HP-dm1z with e-350 and windows7hp is only selling @rm1499..

i know what u wan to mention...but previous HP lappy really expensive ...for me la.... sweat.gif
