But take not that if you order from HK/CN it could take at least 2 weeks to reach you using registered airmail.

I have some online orders from them except the last one .......

minimum/limited support
there is a lot of red tape to go thru for warranty .. so much effort that it is not worth it ... but the savings u make makes it worthwhile to take the risks

Hehehehe, a bit hard to get warranty for hobby parts. But so far I personally feel that the HK/CN sellers are more reliable, responsive and more responsible. Maybe better consumer right in those country and they are actually doing international business with the people all around the world.

But you have to take note that some of the OHS required you to pay for the shipping for return stuff which is DOA - Defect On Arrival.

The last one I was talking about is another hobby shop in HK I think, I have not done any order with them before but reputation not bad ....

Here's a video by dun know who which was comparing HK450 and TAROT heli ...... dun take it serious tongue.gif

Best and reliable radio would be Futaba's radio but quite pricey, especially the receiver .......

There are alternative options like Turnigy, KDS and so on but I have no idea how good/bad it is .... I am using Walkera 2801 Pro, a 8-ch cheaper radio made in China. So far it is good enough for me as a beginner.

1.) Walkera 4G6, this is where I got the radio from a RTF package.
2.) Trex 450 Pro.

There are a lot of settings in the radio so you have to read a lot or get a Sifu to help you on this. It is really hard to tell you all in this forum now but you may post here to ask just in case you have any setup issue in the future.

Hehehe, I don't think I can help you on those setup issue as I am still a beginner. Bro Qiw is here all the time to help ........

got it at RM1350 from a LHS in KL. Heli only with all the parts to build and you have to assemble yourself.

For beginner I suggest you take the fixed pitch heli to start lah.
Coaxial is fun and easy but it will not help you better in collective pitch later.

Fixed pitch may be stable enough and will not help either but it is closer to collective pitch controlling compare to a coaxial.

Theoretically yes, that's my speculation.

If your 6 ch radio is programmable I think the CCPM mixing can be zeroed by doing some setting in the radio, then just use those 4 ch for your 4 ch heli .... By saying that I think the linkages on the 4 ch heli has to be adjustable as well.

Correct me if I am wrong .....

if u can comfortable fly a "true" 4 channel fixed pitch heli
