does that happen on both sides ?
normally if servo stripped then it just stutter/jitter where it is stripped and easily recognisable ..
move your stick until u get the jitter .. stop there and see if it is continuously jittering at that position ... if it is then servo is damaged either stripped gear or the electronics inside

ok ... i was there last sunday
the plane is prolly around maybe 10m or more from the ground ... nothing less than 10m laaa for sure
10m is NOTHING ... that guy would have to stand on his car and jump up with both hands in the air and still NOWHERE near the plane ... his heli maybe 10m or more laaa
if u count the distance between the guy and plane ... then easily 20m

if u read the forum in MRC ... u will find bloated truth ... the guys that were there knows the truth ... i was there
plane was already in the air .. heli insists on going up knowing full well there is a plane around and pilot is considered relative beginner
if heli chooses to do that ... then how can he blame others ?? plus he lands heli while plane still in the air and goes to pick up his heli then blame ppl for flying close to him (nothing less than 20m)
this one is RC POLITICS ... the guy flying the heli is known as a mild mannered NICE GUY ... but the crowd he mixes with have brought forward grudge from BTHO where i fly ... anybody they dont like they will make some sort of POLITICS against that person
so we (my group of flyers) think that poor young guy who was shouting was made a scapegoat by the older so called OTAIs there
i was formerly KENA oso coz i am good and improved very rapidly in most aspects so they dont like .. partly coz i dont call them sifoo oso laa maybe .. hahahahahaa

Added on June 8, 2011, 2:44 pmif both sides ... unlikely servo stripped laaa
check your slider and L arm and the bearings for roughness and binding

Added on June 8, 2011, 2:47 pmsuper fast plane ... NOT MINE !!!
401kmh ?? hehehhehehee ... lucky if it can even ACTUALLY break 160kmh
this is one of the OTAIs

Scary man, until spanner also came out ....... Nvm loh, go to other places to fly loh, KL so large ......

Hohoho, I got the idea how to isolate the problem already. Thanks for pointing out. Just remove the tail rod linkage and observe the servo horn. If it is still the same then it should not be the tail slider already ........

Yeap, confirm it is the servo jittering because I still see the same thing after removing the tail rod linkage.

It only happen when I release the rudder stick back to the center position slowly. My finger is calm enough so I don't think it is my finger. If I release quick then I would not see this kind of jittering.

Haiya, nvm lah if later the test flight OK then don't bother already ........

try holding the servo horn with hand and check the torque ...
if no gear slipping/servo strip ... and torque still feels good then ok to use la i suppose
practice using the THROTTLE HOLD button more ... JUST IN CASE .. hahahaaha

honestly ... if it get over 150kmh i will be totally surprised ... hahaha

Added on June 9, 2011, 10:44 ami was flying my funjet ... almost out of batt when this plane went up last sunday (the same day of the nice incident)
so i waited for that plane to go straight line so that i can chase .... but it was playing loops and roll until its own wing FOLDED !!! hahahahahaa
if wing can fold so easily no way it can make so much speed ...

so far so good ... it has all the programming i need (i think i will ever need) and is upgradeable to 12+2 channels
it is very light .. thinner than most radio so it is ez to grip and u can adjust the gimbals really short for fast actions if u fly thumbs (i fly thumbs) or alot longer if u fly pinch
i am using a LIPO in my 8FG so the last 10 months at least with no complaints ... makes radio much lighter too
