yup that's the same cable i use on my esky tx to hook with aerofly and realflight. had to use an emulator for realflight though. remember you have to map the channels correctly. some simple steps:
1. make sure the tx is detected by your OS as a joystick
2. configure the sim software to map the channels you'll be using.
3. test until you're satisfied.
*
Did your computer automatically recognize it as a joystick or did you do something, I am using windows 7
Thank you

icic, btw..just get the V400 for my 1st CP heli last week (i get walkera because i can get the part easy) went to kelana jaya test it...total around 8flight without crash...and this thing is very stable and can hadle wind quite ok...brush motor not that hot compare to 4ch fixed pitch walkera after 4-5 minute flight.
*
well...always get the one that you can get spare parts easily. that way you spend less time grounded/repairing.

yup. i'm using both on winXP and win7, plugged and play. check your game controller menu to see if you OS detects it. in my case, when i turn the tx on, and plugged the cable, my OS will detect a game controller with 4 axis.

I have tried to put my key chain camera on my quad before but the video damn teruk although I have some bubble wrap wrapping around the camera.

try to get rid of as much vibrations from your motor and prop as possible
those are the main cause of bad video
then try to isolate the cam from vibrations .. but still have to be rigid with copter at the same time .. hehehe

put your video up la ... short one will do
then can get comments .. hehehe

ok ... it seems u have major vibration issue
altho its not major enuff to affect your flight controller but enuff to affect the video

try wrap your camera around some aircond duct foam
then tie it down to the frame TIGHT TIGHT .. not loosely
u should see at least some improvement
after that ... have to go down to balancing motors and props .. hehehe

why not try diy some shockmount like those used for studio microphones for your camera?

as far as I know a slight bit of vibration hits the microphone would be recorded loud and clear that's why the shock mount is made
I wonder if it will fit the heli

yes ... there are many types of suspension/anti vibration etc etc mechanism
but there are limitations of very limited space and weight
so we do the best we can to fall into that restriction

unless u have a very big multicopter with big batteries/motor etc etc
then possible for those big stuff

with that ... comes very big budget oso ... hahahaha

Added on June 15, 2012, 11:11 pmps .. the mechanism for the mic above WILL NOT WORK WELL
as it is a floating suspension system .. it will no doubt be subjected to G force as well as wind force .. those will induce unwanted vibrations oso
camera needs to be mounted RIGID but isolated from vibrations as much as possible ..

Usually for registered mail service from HBK, it takes 2 to 4 weeks to arrive.

EMS is not more than 2 weeks time usually, depends on a lot of factors.
