Hi, my friend is in dilemma whether go for a new Tamron 17-50 VC / 2nd unit.

He got an offer Tamron 17-50 VC with Hoya HD filter RM1650 (Age of item since Jan 2010 and warranty till Jan 2012)

or

New Tamron 17-50 VC RM1750 or RM1820 with Kenko UV filter.

Your reply will deeply appreciated, thanks xmas.gif

Price different is not much. Just get new set and enjoy the longer warranty compare to the second hand set. biggrin.gif

Every Nikkor lens can have gold ring now with lesser cost than an actual gold ring lens. laugh.gif

What will happen if I use a Canon/Sony neckstrap on my D90? brows.gif

Nothing happen other than your D90 having different neck strap than a Nikon one.

I don't think there is a need for f/20. Just use f8 and adjust to a faster shutter speed and try again.

What matter is the system that you bought. Look at the lenses line up, flashes and all other accessories that a brand have.

Camera body is not all about a camera manufacturer. smile.gif
