2- Regarding shashinki.com's product with (import) behind the model name
"Means it is not local unit by Futuromic. Parallel import in, if got problem you need to send back to your seller."
Then why "import" model cheaper?

Does D3100 video mode support manual focus?

Thanks icon_idea.gif

Means not local unit, parallel import. Futoromic won't be responsible if anything goes wrong with it. Grey set lo.

And D3100 can do manual focusing during video.

err..to achieve long shutter speed just set to bulb mode la..

lol..

but to achieve long shutter speed without over exposing..can use a neutral density filter.. CPL does other things. although it cuts light a bit as well.

2- both oso imported, jz 1 imported by local distributor futuromic with local warranty provided
D other is imported using AP, known as grey set, dun have local warranty, u'll have hard time sending for service if gt problm

3- manual focus is always an option for any lenses, any body, any mode, its auto focus ppl r worried abt

BenSow: parallel import sets are brought in Malaysia from other countries (Singapore, Thailand etc). Hence, Futuromic will NOT be responsible for your warranty claim.

CPL cuts about 1 stop of light only as compared to ND filter (bout 9 or 10).

Reverse lens....handheld the lens to body.....macro lens can achieve very much better photo than this ie. sharper, better control of depth of field etc....
