Hi guys, I'm currently looking for some information about the company(DHL Express Malaysia SDN BHD) as i have some interests in joining this company in the future, but i have to know about something even more details other than salary, working hours etc.

1) How do they normally recruit IT staff? Based on what recruitment model?
2) What kind of training provided for the IT staff in the company?
3) What are the range of jobs available in their IT department?

I understand some of the questions above are P&C for most of the companies, so it is not easy to get to know about what and how they manage the IT staff. But i do appreciate alot if there is any other company staff would share about what kind of services they provide for their IT staff as well.

Thanks a lot in advance for spending time to reply my questions above. smile.gif

Regards,
Jae-H

@Jae-H
are you a fresh grad or experienced hire? I think its best that you list out what do you want to do with regards to IT itself and maybe other forumers can respond appropriately.

as a fresh grad, please set yourself to have a field to enter. IT is such a broad field, you could be in projects, support, etc etc. If anything is fine, you going to end up in a IT call center.

Hi everyone. Can anyone share their experience in working with DHL? I was offered the position Service Support Analyst. I know it's sorta technical support. They told me there were three shifts. Anyone can tell me what is the exact working hours for all three shifts? I am excited and nervous at the same time. I wonder how's like to work on shift and in a place like Cyberjaya. Last question... Is it really very very stressful to work in DHL?

Hi Alex,

I read that thread before.
I can't find the answer to my questions from the recent posts there.
The rest of the information is kinda outdated.
The information is a few years back.
