Hi guys, I'm currently looking for some information about the company(DHL Express Malaysia SDN BHD) as i have some interests in joining this company in the future, but i have to know about something even more details other than salary, working hours etc.
1) How do they normally recruit IT staff? Based on what recruitment model?
2) What kind of training provided for the IT staff in the company?
3) What are the range of jobs available in their IT department?
I understand some of the questions above are P&C for most of the companies, so it is not easy to get to know about what and how they manage the IT staff. But i do appreciate alot if there is any other company staff would share about what kind of services they provide for their IT staff as well.
