on another note:
make sure you have an empty protein tub when you buy 10lbs of whey. totally forgot ive thrown out my old tubs and i had to scrounge around for tupperwares to fit in the whey. now i got 3 tupperwares full!

damn, i got the very same one. sigh, should have checked more thoroughly. alot of work finding tupperwares.

where do you get your protein btw? is it from egonutritions?

theres a lot of whey protein brands out there, and has been discussed to no end in this forum alone. do your research, know what you're buying. a lot of online sellers here that you can check out. read the reviews online and make your own decision based on the reviews and budget you aiming for.

to get you started, i would recommend ON Whey Double Choc, thats what I have been taking so far. No complaints here ^^

RM60/15 servings = RM4 per serving.

and for the sake of comparison, i'll use ON Whey since I'm taking that now;
ON Whey(5lbs), RM180/90 servings = RM2

nutrient content:
your RM60 package label says (33g per scoop):
6.2g protein,
19.9g carbs,
3.1g fat, + other misc vitamins and what not
im taking the content from just what you get per scoop from your label, for the sake of comparison

ON Whey (30g per scoop):
24g protein,
3g carbs,
1g fat + other misc vitamins and what not

so now, if i buy a protein supplement i would expect to have protein as the main ingredient, right? when dan says read the labels, you probably have to read from a few more products and compare. most of the brands you can easily find out their nutrient contents online. being new isn't really an excuse, do your research bro

oh my bad! reread the previous posts only realised it was a weight gainer. bleh ignore my post then.

though IMHO, i dont really get why must we take mass gainers when we can just eat more..and thanks pha88, janson on the servings correction on ON whey

not to the extent if you were to offer it to me. taste probably comes in 3rd after price and nutrient content when it comes to buying supps. but thats me =)
