yap.. contribution from KBS to sports associations are highly performance based. Football are among the underperforming ones so they have to source their own income.

for me, i rather watch English commentators. They are more neutral and technical.... i like to know how other people think about us... not the usual over praising or over bashing comments by locals..

like it when they politely try to find a something good to say about us...

they dont even have a proper football stadium... thats why both legs are played in indonesia.... indonesia just cant get any lucky than that in this tournament..

whats wrong with being lucky? we all should savour all the luck we can get. That was more of statement of congratulating than anything. How i wished Agu Casmir converted on one of the chances he had against Vietnam so that we had the unexpected bonus gift of 2 home leg semifinals... we cant get enough of just 1 semifinal at wednesday. .. we want more of those...

it has been too smooth of a sailing for your team thus far. its like all the forces of nature conspiring to give you a free ride all the way to the final. The only 1 match where you will be playing away.... heck... IF my slowpoke Malaysians not aggresive anough getting tickets, even Bukit Jalil could be a half-home match for you

during the import days in the M-League, those spine positions are filled with foreigners creating a feeling of vacuum in the NT. Could it be that after 2 years, the no-import experiment in M-League starting to bear fruit?

Gonzalez score around 32 goals in 35 games in ISL in the past season.. Bambang Pamungkas was only edged out of Indo's starting eleven because of that.

Baddrol Bakhtiar injured for Kedah in Piala Malaysia semis while Fakri Shaarani injured during the Asia games... both are key players during the run to the sea games gold..

nope.. the situations explained there are of different case.. they involves 2 play where as the striker was offside on the first play but onside on the second play...

in the game vs Vietnam, we have a situation almost similar like this from a corner were safiq pass the ball to an off side Amirul Hadi and Vietnam's defense line stopped playing. But Amirul let the ball through and suddenly Safiq ran trough to catch the ball that he himself passed...only that he ran out of space and maybe the soft pitch stoped him from delivering a free cross...

in safee's second goal, it only involves 1 play where Safee was in of side position....luckily it was too tight to call in real time for the linesman...

If this is a way to evens up the wrong offside call on Safee's 1 on1 against Indonesia, i'd take it in a heartbeat

Aidil Zafuan, Nasriq Baharom and Norhafiz Zamani must be thinking how will they fit into this team now after this...

Muslim and Fadli Shas showed so much in-tournament improvement that it would be deterimental for RG to leave them out after this...
another good headache for RG there... from too few centrebacks to too many centrebacks...

but that man is really classy man... maldini-esqu composure with ball... you wont see hush clearance galore like tonight if he was manning the central defense... his only problems are his height and lack of pace already..

as good as they are, i dont think Aidil and Muslim are polished article yet... the 'raw'ness is still there..

what we sure is Phillipines never has any intent to host the match at home in the AFF Cup if they qualify... they neither have the stadium, nor the crowd to filled it with for the match

so its either :-

1) they will play both legs at the opponents's place

or

2) they have adopted Gelora Bung Karno as their 'home' stadium as Indonesia is one of the host.

2 full house home final is definately better than 1 empty neutral final...

getting money INTO the industry is good you know... we must think how to get more of that into our industry instead of getting butthurt that it happens to FAM... they are now practically raising their own national team players , batch by batch, and to support a ZERO fan base Super League team like Harimau Muda is not cheap... FAM is a non-profit, not-govermental association after all.

i am not defending FAM... i am defending the idea that we must give more financial support to our football industry .. whether to FAM, state FA's or whatever... i am defending the type of mentality that, if the ticket market price is RM20, we should pay RM30 as a sign of goodwill..

financially, the league is dire. Players dont get paid. No EPF. No health benefits. Not job security. Even FAM also not in good shape. i am not suprised if proper audit were done, they will find that their operating cost is more than their income but the whole thing still managed to be kept afloat barely as they depend on personal contributions from a certain royal house to patch up the holes....

yes. we will never know how FAM will do with this money or they have done with money they have before. All the more reason why we must not make judgement at something we dont have a clue of.

Stop being stingy about paying extra RM 10. worry about the league having too little money insted of them having too much.

No more expectations just looking forward for the party at Bukit Jalil next weekend. win or lose, it will be a congratulation party to the players.
