WTA: Best timing to take post workout protein

Though it was discussed that it is better to do cardio after workout but whats the best timing to take the post workout protein if i do cardio after workout. Is it better to take the protein immediately after my workout and before the cardio, or is it better to take it after i finished my workout and cardio?

obviously once you are done with you workout. cardio is PART OF your workout.
you dont want an uncomfortable stomach or puke all over the cardio area..

If you have the budget for bcaa's, sip it while doing cardio postworkout to stave off catabolism.

Immediately after workout you'll take X-tend and after 30 minutes then take you protein shake
