Does anybody had problem with DIGI iphone warranty? My home button is faulty, brought back to service centre and they said hav to wait for stock to arrive but is already 3 weeks but no news yet. I am very curious why they didn't logged into system when I went to see them, I was not given service sheet or any other documents. Call up DIGI hq they said they can't check the warranty status from the system only service centre branches are allow to check.

Try to to claim from apple.com but it routed me back to digi. I went to check my warranty status, this is the 3rd week and i havent got the unit yet. The digi guy told me average 8 units of faulty iphone 4 they received each month i didn't iphone 4 that bad quality. Anybody knows how i can contact digi GM, I want to write in to complaint ;(
