No, u still can sign for the iphone 4 package although u dint fulfill the 3months. they have change the policy due to alot feedback abt this matter. i also doin the normal mnp to digi then after two weeks only go sign up the iphone package. but u need to do in digi center. other outlets they wont help u doin this.

i need digi user's help right now. I kinda got a sudden shock in bill increase from RM1x to RM36 range when i check my phone usage this morning....

actually then i start to monitor and call digi customer service...now... between 9am and 10:30am this morning, i am very sure that i did not make any outgoing calls and also send sms....

but i notice that my balance for unbilled amount increase from RM36.88 to RM36.98....

i'm just worried that there is hidden charges going on and how to stop this?

for all existing digi user of iDigi plan, pls take note that if you have supplementary lines.... do ensure that your supplemantary line GPRS is disabled...or to be safe...pls call Digi helpline directly and disable GPRS for the supplementary lines....

i kena for my supplementary line... about RM30 in 2 days only charged to my supplementary line...because of hidden GPRS charge....

If yes i'll cut the sim into mini size for the customer. If the customer prefer to get the pre-cut mini sim card i'll issue one for them.

One difference between precut micro-sim and normal sim card is that most micro sim has 4 entries of phonebook which could store 1000 contacts whereas normal sim could only store 250. Though there are some normal old sim card also have 4 entries of phonebook which could also store 1000 contacts. For normal sim card to tell whether it have 4 entries u can check imei no. The ones that's 1610 doesnt have 4 phonebook entries. THe ones that are 1609 and below most probably have 4 phonebook entries.

Yes u can retain ur normal sim. It's not neccessary or a must to switch ur sim card. Customer always have the right to decide what suits them.

If somehow u manage to cut ur simcard in future or switch into a precut micro sim. Make sure to retain every piece of the sim card with u. Pre-cut ones contain a normal frame sim card which could be fixed back by using a silicon tape. U dont need to get an adapter. For the normal sim make sure they give u every piece of the cut piece. U can use it as an adapter also.
