So is that ok or not. Too subjective. rclxub.gif

As you said, it's subjective.

It's easier to go through an authorized service center than PE 3S center, than COE.
In most cases, it's between you and the service manager.

Spotted this 1.8 test drive unit from an unknown showroom at the Bomba junction coming out from Taman Puncak Jalil. I squeezed through traffic to get close to it. Took these photo when we were approaching the Taman Bukit Jalil traffic light. DSLR is kinda difficult to handle while you are driving. LOL!

The nearest showroom I could think of is located in Sri Petaling. It's amazing that they allow the car to be drive so far. I should try my luck there again. smile.gif

Need to be replaced? If so, how often?
*
When it physically breaks down (cracks for example).

The activated carbon inside has a life span though, but if you are not too environmentally conscious, and you don't mind emitting the fuel vapor to the air, just leave it.

Best if you go and test it yourself rather than rely on people's personal preference as benchmark for you.
errmm.. if this is for me.. I am the selected few who has test driven the car before it was officially launched, even before most sales agent got their hands on the steering wheel. LOL!
