I'm going to COE tomorrow to get the steering wheel checked and hopefully replaced..

also, the tinting for the rear windows is slightly peeling, near the top, back corners... need to go see Ecotint to get it replaced.. Just a heads up to you guys to check the tinting when you get your cars..

No biggie. The volume controls on the steering wheel were delivered scratched. Trying to get them replaced.

Yes, the metal is exposed on the top part of the inside section of the boot, unlike the lancer. But, I noticed my brothers City also it's exposed. I think we're comparing the car too much to Lancer that's why were finding so many faults. It's not like Proton said their giving something then cheating the customers. In my case, I booked the car even before setting eyes on it, heck i even accepted the car without seeing it first! So good or bad, it comes with the risk of excepting the unknown.

current FC is 90% city+jam, 10% highway..

Pemasangan tempatan. There's no AP documents. By the way, according to one of the Proton service engineers, the first 200 units were CBU. It was then disassembled here and fitted with the Proton parts. But not sure how true la.

coming to think about it.. this might explain why the color of the body and the bumper are slightly different.. one is Mitsu color, the other is Proton color..

And you know this for a fact? Or assuming only?

Just a word of advice to all future (and current) owners. There is a problem with the diffuser area getting bent/deformed due to the heat generated from the exhaust. Proton is aware of the problem and are replacing the bracket that hold the diffuser (I got mine replaced). Don't know of this is a permanent or temporary solution so I'll be keeping an eye out should it happen again. Make sure you all check the diffuser area when you're going for 1st service.

Actually, it's not the diffuser itself that getting deformed. There's a metal piece that holds the diffuser, that the one that's actually bending.

Sorry dude. It was detected in the SC so they immediately replaced the part. So didn't have any before/after pics. Perhaps can ask jychow or hellcutespawn, if they're having the problem that is.

Haha. Don't hope so much la. I had to highlight the problem before they did anything. I found out about the problem because another Inspira owner was there complaining about the same problem.

where is this wire harness located?
