i have bought tires from them before, and so far no complaints. the oily stuff they put on the tyre is for aesthetic only. it will disappear once you have used the tires.

regarding the thread percentage, thats very subjective, i personally think its not too far off. what do you expect them to do?? hire a phd student to calculate the thread percentage??? doh.gif
