On my part, I admit about being not that knowledgeable about Malaysian football in general but I do follow Selangor passionately. I go to almost all their home games,time permitting, and some aways (if the venue is within klang valley ). I also go whenever the national team plays, time permitting again. Ok we all agree that our football scene is at the lowest now - poor performances, poor attendance, mismanagements etc.. dont know about you guys..but I do have time for our football.

Satisfactory result, if not satisfactory display IMO. Too much of wayward passing for my liking. For 20 mins in the 2nd half the Phillipines looked as though they might undone us. Still, at least we kicked off on the right note, result wise.

To be honest the Thais are a notch above us at the moment.

But I agree with your 2nd paragraph. Let's cheer our boys.

Thank god. We need that luck. A bit surprised Myanmar were unable to beat Phillipines.

Will you love it if that happens? Where's your pride? Are you even a Malaysian? Even if you're not very fond of the Malaysian team, a bit of support would help
