QUOTE(LightningFist @ Nov 16 2010, 05:17 PM) I just want ANC, or at least I think I do, because they block out noise well, and the elaborate IEM earphones aren't very comfortable. It all depends on the noise frequency you want to block. Higher frequencies are easier to block than low frequencies. And unless your ear drums is detached completely from your body, you will always hear some low frequencies. fuad

Nokia BH905 has 10 (ten) microphones all over the headset to capture surrounding sounds and cancel them all. http://www.nokia.com/microsites/bh-905Nokia claimed this is world best bluetooth headset. Selling RM755.62 at ebay. BUt if that way above budget, can try the new Moto S10HD with at least dual noise cancellation mics for $79 at best buy http://www.motorola.com/Consumers/US-EN/Co...la-S10-HD-US-ENI'm using the old s9HD, fits me well because i want sweatproof, style plus totally wireless and that even cheaper now at $21.99 (price quote in USD) This post has been edited by chokia: Nov 16 2010, 08:39 PM

I appreciate your suggestions. BTW, what is the band on the Moto S10HD? From the pic it does not look like it fits a normal sized head lol. I understand the average "affordable" ANC earphones are at least USD150. Thanks for links too You guys think it'll be worth getting in Singapore?

What do you mean by that? This is a bluetooth/handsfree device only? Not MP3 compatible?

Haha it looks uber cool on Beckham.
So just to get this straight (sry I've never bought these before, and u've used them) this thing:
does not need external batteries or any cells (AAA or AA etc) is chargeable
but does it play MP3? No wire or anything?

Sry, still confused about the Motorola, it has a micro USB port for charging? But no audio jack? If I can only use it with a phone and not an iPod without an extra bluetooth device then I can't have it.
Are there any others similar to this? Audio jack, rechargeable, no battery required? THANKS.

Its bluetooth stereo headset, rechargable with USB, no 3.5mm (so its wireless i use it for jogging, gym and surfing the net in starbucks - No messy wires), it also able to receive call and make call.
It can also able to give command to phone (iphone/windows/android phone) like:-
"Call mom" etc "play Bonamana" "play song by Kathy Perry" "send sms to Roy" "send email to Mark" "open Google maps" "show me the nearest cafe" "navigate to esplanade singapore"
and a lot more.
without you even touch the phone or having any wire attach to it.
You can also use it on notebook or PS3 without any wire.

That's unfortunate.
Do you know any that performs active noise canceling while being able to play MP3 via audio jack? This one is nice for phones and laptops I guess - it's still a brilliant suggestion but not what I can use right now.
