One of my drive was died a week ago. The drive is where I put all my games folder,FFXIV, AoC, FFXI, Rift, etc. So i bought a new hard drive to replace it. Seem we all got problem with hardware >.< Maybe the cause is FFXIV or the FFXIV evo windower that I use to log to 2 acc in same time? T_T

Sound like either you need to make a phone call or your acc will be lost forever unless you try your best to remember you email acc. For this incident i better check my email for buddy pass acc ,, I too forgot what email i used.
