it will be a fun game if you find right people to play with, but gameplay-wise its still not enough, not enough content and there will major overhaul of battle systems, maybe wait by that time to try it again. But, for myself i really enjoy it because alot of cool people in my server

How is that seeing there are so many 50

if you solo, you will rage quit because its hard as hell to get to r50.

group up with people that plays same time as you and do leves together, you will get r50 in a month++ just playing at night for 3-4hour a day.

For myself, because of your friends in LS and ppl you know in game push you to play the game. I got a "click" 4 of us, 2 from US (1 recently going to Taiwan), 1 from Netherlands & than me. We mostly do leve together, grind together and hunt Dodore together. I care less about content now as long when I log in I was needed for something in LS

New NM currently is dropping gears for rank 25-35 gears, and they pop every 5 mins lol. Certain NM soloable at Rank 50 and some or not or slow to kill if solo. Good gears for Newbie and give them something to do; or for R50 to get the gear for their other class to rank up ^ ^

heard that this game is really broken until the previous lead designer resign automatically. so how it's going now? I plan to play FFXIV because WoW:Cataclysm is like a second copy of Wotlk. T_T wasted my money ordering the expansion.

btw it's free to play now? i mean, i have to pay $$ for the copies first but monthly fee now is free? @@

not really broken, just plain bored of what you can do in there. thus ppl "claiming" is broken @_@, is just not fun yet, and need more balancing, but then now need wait it's battle system change then only comes balance and contents.. so yea.. is worth for those who want to get a head start in game.

I mean does sli still scale nicely or still they didn't improve anything.

I think your case will be solved during ps3 release, hopefully. Dont think ps3 release will be this year

Sli =.=... it's dual graphic card for Nvidia series.

When i first play ff14, sli doesnt works very well. Most of the time one of the card is on high loads while the other card only utilize like 50-60%.

Well.. if you take your time keeping up to date, you will know those thing is last in the priority list.

There a lot of change is going through so, it may take time before getting into the optimization part.
