The game sorta officially being pulled back into beta with staffs being replaced. They have to write apologise letters in ffxiv website... Pity them.

PS3 launched delayed till further notice and the game will be free for PC till they think the game is GOOD enough.

Since March 2011 PS3 cancelled, indirectly means it won't be ready anytime soon. Can't wait for them to shape this gem. After u play FFXIV you gonna puke if you check most of the current mmo.

i'm really interested in this game, how much is the fee or how do they charge?

This is one part i do not like about FFXIV, the payment system. Very mafan, you need to lie to yourself that you live in UK or US so that you can get easy payment plan. If you choose either wise, you ought to be landing a problem of activating your game.

For now is FOC because they are re-doing the game back, although the game is still active, there will be more major change in the future and when they think the game is satisfactory, they will start to charge.

So what i can say is go back to 1st page and read my guide about registering your account/game in there for easy payment plan.

Felt sad for those who spent 5 years developing an leading this game but now got kicked out or demoted from the team.

Pretty embarrassing if this happened. Big big project. Guys free trials, now can get some friends to try this game out.

Well if you are very lucky you could go and find a buddy pass (which i doubt you could get), the price is around RM169-RM200 i think, very standard price. Check out the first page for more information, on their website thou, it is or may going to P2P, but not now, maybe around the time when PS3 is release.

i think its the first time in their history to admit they have failed in making a game... usually they just sell it off and pretend the game never existed.
