But if this is really a server congestion, maybe VPN might help? I don't know... What I do know is there's no other ISP is my place other than TM and P1 (which both is sucks) So there... I'm doomed... Bye bye FF14 for now T_T EDIT: Meh, using proxy provided in that tm capping speed does make my speed gone normal again. I wonder if VPN will do the job done if we were to use it?
