I think you can use the EU key on US account, no problem, and yes no matter what client you are using EU, NA and JPN pay in same server ^^

zzzz more like freaking tiring to get.. with drop rate low for the primal coin to get the freaking note to exchanges... but then isnt the primal coin drop from Lvl 2? or lvl1 is able to obtain vicky?

From the info that I have came across, you need to reach 50k score or is it 60k to "enable" the seal drop. From players' record, those, with scores lower than stated, have not obtain any seals. Therefore, in order to get high score, higher level hamlet is wiser, since the higher the level of hamlet, the higher your score will be. (More beastmen to kill). Not to forget the important stuffs stated on the score page, e.g. using "red-conditioned" tool generates higher score, i think

OOoooo this is not a mere grind, but a freaking hard to obtain! >:O awesome!

And also, it will be wiser to get top 20 so that hamlet is more worth. Some good gears only drop for those with top 20 positions.
