Just installed a fresh FFXIV application from the DVD bought. The gamepad setting is so weird. Cannot find [Alt] and [Ctrl] Macro button on the settting. Uninstall everything and reinstalling using the Retail version

Same thing after reinstalled. Should be due to the patch

Brunei has only one choice of payment - Click n Buy.

We pay our money to SE through Click n Buy. I think that fellow has issue with getting a CnB account. Probably his debit card/credit card is not accepted/approved by CnB.

So, if you registered your code under your SE account with brunei as your region, then you have to get a card acceptable by CnB, no other choice, unless your SE account is not Brunei region.

Settle your CnB account first. CnB will withdraw some money from you and return them back after some hours (to confirm that transaction can be done with no issue?)

It's SE security system. You login with an IP address different than previous one, or keep login with wrong password? That's why your account get suspended. Login your SE management account to check for your details? Or maybe you cant login? Send email to SE
