I have no problems with Inspira. What i do not like is Proton's customer service. Usual excuses from the SC is

a) no stock, got to order, come back next service
b) this is common problem la
c) check already la cannot find problem ... but bring home problem still there OR
d) the problem sudah repair ... but bring home problem still there
d) we will call you to pick up the car ... after 5.30pm still no calls although the car is ready since 3.00pm
e) how come car got petrol smell? Ans: oh that's quite normal !!!

Ever tried the Glenmarie Proton Service Centre?

Do not have a Forte so cannot comment.
