Very diplomatically written letter that promises and commits to nothing. Looks like Nokia is getting better and better at this game. Why not a recall to fix potential problems? Why do we need to wait until the phone dies on us before action is taken?

Mind you, the complaints are not only on dead phones. There are other issues like banding issues on the screen display, reboots/restarts that happens out of nowhere and most importantly the notorious tidak apa attitude of the NCC staffs.

All in all this is not going to work out good for Nokia in terms of mouth to mouth PR.

izit ok 2 charge the phone even though its not yet empty?like when u connect the usb it will charge..if ur phone is still half full,will it damage the battery if u do this often?

Did u restart your phone? Lag can be cause by alot of things. Once i take too much photos and video it lag but didnt hang.
