hi guys
im back...with some other problems

so far my GPS had worked after i activated the a-gps and disabled the mobile wi-fi (it took 3 hang ups before the GPS could work...but when it worked, it worked beautifully)
my phone no longer automatically turns off the touch sensor options in the phone settings

however, here're further problems

i) battery life
its the 4th week since my purchase and the battery life is shitty
the first week the phone could lat 48 hours with heavy gaming and light internet
the second to third week it lasts around 30-40hours
now the phone merely lasts around 10-12hours without gaming nor internet nor 3g nor GPS nor nothing but SMS
wtf?

ii) hang ups

scenario a - my phone sometimes (sometimes here refers to many a time) refused to connect to the internet, nor make any calls nor sms or anything. but the reception bar is full (at one time it was stuck at only one bar which triggered my suspicion). when i turned the phone off and on again, it was okay but the full battery had depleted 2 bars. WTF???
scenario b - it hangs randomly.
scenario c - i made a call / i received a call and the person on the other side ended the conversation first. when i pressed the red button, it says something like action is prohibited (or something like that). wtf??????


should i just dump this phone?
when is the symbian 3 update coming?
im sure E7 is suffering its own demise as well with symbian 3

restart, yes

sometimes im out most of the time and when i got home it already died
or usually i charge when its less than 10% life (1 bar)
