Sifu, neon light effect. I was quite surprised at the result as I just simply play with all the settings and snapped this one. Now I cannot remember the settings already.

Sorry if slowpoke, but nobody's using the Nokia Battery app ? It's pretty nifty, seems to be more accurate than the default battery monitor and can be added as a widget.

There's a wellness diary on the nokia beta labs website as well.

I had this problem since v 11 and been posting a lot bout it. Guess nobody reads it  
I rmb teaching how to solve this prob.

Do you have fm transmitter as widget in homescreen? (most of the time the cause is this and you just need to remove it)
If not then remove all widget from home screen then off phone for 5minutes.
Then start back it'll be ok already

PS: when you start the phone do not touch it and just let it lock by itself. Else it'll trip something and the light won't off again when you lock
