Small question about Grand Theft Auto Liberty City from Steam promotion

So I woke up early in the morning,(didnt note what time)

Proceed to buy GTA-Liberty City seeing it was below 7.82USD
*also bought indie pulse pack(5usd) and Supreme commander 2(3.75usd)

Now I see, about 7hours later I reckon, GTA-liberty City is now at 10.20usd

question is, will Steam come and collect the additional 2.38usd from me?

Otherwise I got it for only 32usdcents more then if I would have bought thru 6packs.(minus the 5rm transaction fee)
