Just make sure the on the mission description it says :- Requirements: No addons required

arma2 free cant run any mod at all.

There are several servers set up for the free players. Use the word "Free" in the MP broswer filter. (not sure about the ping tho..) or any server that is arma2 vanilla and not running any mods.

I've tested this old game and it runs on my win7 32bit, i've posted a step by step faq on how to make it runs in win7 on gamersgate to whoever that cant install it.

UGHH!!!! I bought Killing Floor from gamersgate yesterday and still haven't received the activation code.

Tought i got it cheap for 7 bucks but notice it's much cheaper a few days ago. should really look at this thread when i see the notification on my email asap

fire n sword is only 14 usd n support mp too =3

it have better graphic n video optimisation

get warband only if u want to play all those mods they have but better wait until they offer a discount for it. I think they have started to port warband mod to fire n sword, need to check their forum tho.
