Most of the Impulse Driven sales region-locked to US & Canada? Err... I think you meant Direct2Drive as there are only 1 or 2 games that are region-locked for Impulse Driven. For games that are region-locked in Direct2Drive, I didn't list them out here.

Well, if you're looking to buy Crysis Warhead from Impulse Driven, you can always opt for VPN / proxy.

Meanwhile, I've checked for Vietnam in a few US-based platforms but didn't notice any promotion:
- Price is $14.99 in Steam US, same as our region here
- BFBC2 Vietnam is not available in Impulse Driven & GamersGate
- Can't check Direct2Drive now since it was blocked

For Direct2Drive's region-locked games? You can try but the problem with Direct2Drive is that they'll randomly check for your authenticity by calling you up. So, first of all you have to make sure that you registered a US-based phone number & then you have to make sure that you can pick up the phone when they call you up. It's that troublesome.

Have you tried to contact the Direct2Drive technical support?

Based on my experience, D2D Support has better response time compared to Steam, so you might want to give it a try. You have until around 1am before the deal expire, so there's quite an ample of time you have there.
