http://www.samsung.com/my/consumer/tv-av/t.../UA55JS8000KXXM JS8000 model here, JS8500 model known in the US and UK. There's lots of confusion about which model has what, but I know my model is HDR compliant, and all HDMI ports are 2.0a capable.
EDIT: also mine is the 55 inch FLAT 4K SUHDTV. Malaysian lineup only 65 inches and above have curved screen. I dont like curved while watching movies and TV shows.
do you game on them? i was gaming on a friend's TV once, suffice to say there is some extremely noticeable "lag"
caused me much of my deaths in Dark Souls 3 due to failed dodge timing

Bro. Given an option. Would you run the setup for 4k resolution 60hz with display port 1.4 or HDMI 2.0 if the TV/Monitor supports both input.

TV means living room, means connecting to an AVR which means HDMI2.0 has a better advantage. Monitor, I'll go for DP. They're not mutually the same. there's only one TV in the world with DP connection, and no AVR in the world does DP for audio post-processing. I dont watch movies on the living room TV with audio coming from the TV, TV audio is usually crappy compared to a dedicated HT surround system.
Even my JS8500 55" 4KTV with its 35.9ms input lag, does not exhibit motion disparity between when I press my buttons and when the actions are displayed on screen. And I play fighting games (SFV, KI, MKX) exclusively on this, any input lag would be disastrous with fast reflex-based games like these.

Not easy to find vizio here.. im using an ancient lg led tv some input lag but not so bad can avoid hits in Witcher 3 still.
In the end, you adapt and improvise. You can never do in really laggy TVs for very twitchy games like CS:Go, but fighting games (which are very susceptible to input lag) has been on consoles for a long time, and people adapted. What worse, is that you may have a 1ms GTG monitor, but your internet connection here may have introduced a much more severe lag than any input lag from the display alone.
