what`s the best sp for white ip4? try one sp but the sensor is not working at all .. T.T

is the original headphone come with the phone has warranty?? bought my phone for around 2 months. today only i started to use my headphone on the phone.. the right headphone sound like "pecah". i on my volume not more than 50%. T.T any one can advise me??

but i bought it from maxis.. can exchange from machines??
if cant change i really dont know what to do.. T.T new headphone is at RM129.....
