no. ur not looking at any gain. that was just ur body having minor definition.
those supplement are not important. it's better if u could get your caloric excess and protein from your diet. take supplement (whey/massgainer) if u cant/dont have time to prepare a proper meal.
read the stickies. take a real routine/program and start to eat properly as in filling your daily dietary requirement (protein,carb,fat).
and dont worry about equipment. just having an olympic bar (big long barbell) and a squat rack will do.some of the guys in my gym never ever touch the machines and their body are aesthetic as hell. no homo.
go for compound exercise. (like squat and squat or squat. and deadlift, chinup, dip,hyper, military press, whatever).
ignore the isolations. for now. not yet.
do them in perfect form.
increase your weight (as in, the barbell weight) frequently. you dont have to go big every week. 5-10 pound per week is enuf.
consistent, persistent. no excuses for skipping a gym day.

get a real workout program and take real meal.
