My stock Gen2 facelift alloy tyre got stolen. 1 single tyre. I dont know what they're trying to achieve. Instead of buying one brand new tyre from Proton i was thinking of changing the whole set.

So I need advice on tyre rim buying so that I wont kena tipu at the rim shop.

- do they usually accept trade in?

- do they usually mark up the price of the rims/tyres so that the trade-in price becomes irrelevant? should i just keep my own tyres just in case of emergency?

- I believe the stock rims are 15". What are the rim dimension limits for the Gen2?

- should i get wider tyres? will it affect my acceleration? i think it will make cornering more stable, yes?

- what dimensions are usually recommended for gen2?

confirm can fit ke bro??the seller also confirm the elegance tail light can replace the ori one??just plug n play??
if i'm not mistaken, the tapak need to modify first..even normal persona also need to modify tapak if want to replace to elegance tail lamp...
this only cakap2 from my friend la,and my friend also want to change it,last2 cancel sb kena modify tapak..

dont know la bro whether it simple or not, but i think if it simple(just plug n play) we can see others using it too, but for now i've never seen any gen2 using it as an example,even the old persona...last2, my member use the aftermarket LED type..sayang nk mody his tapak for that rear lamp

I still have to think more than twice to change my mind.. because the tail lamp look to "kosong" la when fitted to gen2..
