i went there once with my gen2 last year.. climb from karak highway, damn slow like turtle.. auto ma.. but my alarm works fine

upgrade to wat type??i think mine can use some replacement soon!

hola geng...anyone know, when we should change(on what mileage) the engine-aircond belt for our gen2??...not the timing belt ya...
and for major service,mileage 45 000KM, what parts should been change??
~oil change-done
~spark plug-done
~drop in air filter-done
~ATF-done
~coolant-done
~brake pad-done

~any more parts need to replace??
b4 this,the first major service(25 000KM) i sent it to Proton SC..but the price+labour cost, aiyoo mahal woo...xtahan,so for this 2nd major service,sent it to local shop only,some of the part that have been change like brake pad didnt use the oem pad anymore,change to other brand...so this 2nd major service, change it according to the previous package one..so guys,any other parts that consider should been change??

Anyone know why the flexi-pipe (nanas) inner side became like this after 1year+ of usage?
its kinda being sucked up from inside the pipe itself.. the setup was 4-2-1 > midbox > s-flow..

7 years? u mean ur gen2 is 2003?

however, what i mean is if u reset ur fc meter during traffic jam (stop on go condition, not the slow moving condition), the meter will skyrocket during the jam bcause it is calculated based on average of distance vs fuel amount. i did that countless of time already.. if long journey for sure fc will drop back..

btw, mine also uses 2004 ecu, also an AT car. and twice per 3 months i drive from alor setar - sg petani - tapah - puchong - tapah.. my record for longest driving is 15 hours (10am - 1am), which usually happens on Sunday. after that 3 days sakit2 badan.. and dont ask me how much is my mileage

works engineering ATF cooler ahlong used...very nice n quite expensive but worth it...there's 2 more brand i noticed...HAYDEN n JASMA...this 2 is a bit cheaper than WORKS...

s@ni - how the hell did u want to ketuk the piston la...furthermore if u temper with the original construction too much the besi material wont be reliable anymore...how to say ah? hilang kepadatan molekul2 besi? arghhhh i fail my physics lesson hahah..

time tukar acc belt arituh ader sebijik SAGA BLM plate WSV silver colour kene OVEHAUL kat PSC..total semua RM8K...masak la nak bayar...camshaft dua2 bengkok...org pompuan bawak...ceritanye dia pi bengkel luar nak overhaul tapi kene cas RM3K so dia kater mahal n dia pun towing la pi PSC...kene RM8K..lagi la teramat mahal..
